Delete directly in Nidoro

The fastest and most secure way to delete your account — your identity is already verified when you're logged in.

  1. 1Open the Nidoro app on your device
  2. 2Go to Settings (bottom-right of the screen)
  3. 3Tap Account → Delete Account
  4. 4Confirm when prompted — your data is permanently deleted immediately
This action is irreversible. Once confirmed in the app, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Can't access the app?

Email us your request

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, send us an email. We'll verify your identity and process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR and CCPA.

Send an email to hello@nidoro.co with:

  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • The email address associated with your Nidoro account
  • A brief reason (optional, helps us improve)

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and email address
  • All transaction entries you've logged
  • Budget settings and category customisations
  • Your partner link and shared financial data
  • Goal history and contributions

Data shared with your linked partner is also removed. Anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate data may be retained for analytics purposes.
